Van Metre Hall (formerly Founders Hall), Arlington Campus Library 329

Arlington Campus Library in Founders Hall is hosting a graduate writing group on Friday 12/18 from 9:30am-1pm. This event is modeled on the popular Friday writing group in Fairfax.

The Arlington Graduate Writing Group is designed for PhD and Masters students seeking group accountability and a quiet space to write.  Students should bring their coffee, laptop, a set of goals, and a commitment to arrive on time and stay for the entire session. The group will begin with a short conversation about goals and end with a short wrap-up on accomplishments. The remaining time is dedicated to writing. Helen McManus will coordinate the session. The library is planning to hold a weekly Arlington writing group beginning in January 2016.
